On Sunday 11th May, at the 2025 British Academy Television Awards (BAFTAs), The Walt Disney Company celebrated winning the International category for the first time for FX’s “Shōgun”, taking its total to five BAFTAs in 2025 across both the BAFTA TV and BAFTA Craft Awards.

Following a record 18 nominations, The Walt Disney Company won a total of five BAFTAs, with the previously announced BAFTA Television Craft Awards going to Jill Sweeney, Abi Brotherton, Natalie Allan, Tiffany Pierre, Franziska Roesslhuber, and Martine Watkins for Make-Up and Hair Design and Production Design to Dominic Hyman, both for “Rivals”. Charlie Hamilton James was awarded Director: Factual for “Billy & Molly: An Otter Love Story” and Christopher Ross was awarded for Photography and Lighting: Fiction: for FX’s “Shōgun”.
