Help and FAQS for Charitable Giving Guidelines

What are Disney’s Charitable Giving Priorities?

At Disney, we are committed to creating a better world for individuals, families, and communities through our stories, experiences, operations, and philanthropy.

Conducting our business in a responsible way and investing in the health and well-being of people and the planet is essential for our continuous growth and development. That’s why in addition to operating responsibly and investing in our people we focus on three key pillars: A World of Belonging by embracing stories and storytellers who reflect the life experiences of people we serve. A World in Balance by lowering the environmental impact of our operations and investing in wildlife care and conservation. A World of Hope by delivering joy, comfort and strength when it’s needed the most.

Please read our Charitable Giving Guidelines as they are designed to describe the Company’s charitable priorities. Generally, Disney does not consider unsolicited requests for financial support.

Please also refer to The Walt Disney Company Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Website and our CSR Report to read more about the charitable organisations and NGOs we support.

Does an individual qualify for an in-kind or product donation from Disney?

Unfortunately, Disney is unable to support individuals based in EMEA who request donations, such as; sponsorship, fundraising on behalf of an charitable organisation or NGO, requests that solely focus on payment of group or individual travel expenses such as team based competitions, illness or hardship, individuals fundraising for organisations, e.g. walk-a-thons, contests, etc.

Please note this list is not exhaustive and is covered in the Charitable Giving Guidelines

Does any organisation qualify for an in-kind or product donation from Disney?

Only charitable organisations or NGOs in EMEA can qualify for support from Disney. We ask that we are only approached by an organisation who aligns with our goals and meets our criteria.

If you consider your not-for-profit organisation meets our criteria then Contact Us

What is our Disney Wishes Programme?

Through the Disney Wishes programme, we fulfil first wishes referred by not-for-profit wish-granting organisations that make wishes come true for children, ages 2 ½ through 18, with life threatening medical conditions. All wish requests must be submitted through a recognised and registered not-for-profit wish-granting organisation that qualifies the child’s eligibility. We do not fulfil wishes for adults or requests for second wishes, regardless of how the first wish was fulfilled.
