Karl Holmes was appointed Senior Vice President, Direct to Consumer & General Manager, Disney+, EMEA in January 2025. In this role, Karl is responsible for Disney+ across the EMEA region.

Prior to this role, Karl held a number of roles at Sky, 21st Century Fox and BCG, and served on the board of media companies in India, China, Saudi Arabia and Russia. Karl started his career at Shell.
