Toby was appointed Senior Vice President, People and Culture EMEA, in 2023. In this role Toby is responsible for Human Resources strategy and operations in the EMEA region.   

Toby has worked for The Walt Disney Company since 2009 in HR leadership roles in EMEA, APAC and the US, prior to joining Disney, Toby worked for the WPP Group in a variety of HR roles.
