Disney Turkey worked with photographer Dilan Bozyel to photograph inspirational young gymnast, Tutya Yilmazas part of the Dream Big Princess campaign in support of the UN Girl Up Project.
United Nation Foundation carries out a special project which will support the education of young girls. Turkish national olympic gymnast Tutya Yılmaz was photographed by Dilan Bozyel for global “Dream Big Princess” photography campaign. Each time you like the pictures on social media, Disney will donate $1 for girls on behalf of you.
A project, called Girl Up was launched by United Nations Foundation in 2010 to support girls all around the world to educate and improve themselves in leadership. Disney also launched a CSR campaign to support this project in 43 countries including Turkey, where Disney operates a business.
In this respect, renowned photographers from 16 countries photographed young from their respective countries featuring their discipline, determination and courage on the path to success. The photographs were based on Disney princesses and their inspiring stories.
Disney will donate $1 for each like that these photos receive with a hashtag #HayalleriniYaşaPrenses and for each photograph that users post with a hashtag #HayalleriniYaşaPrenses on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to reflect their dreams.
Inspired by Rapunzel
From Turkey, photographer Dilan Bozyel took pictures of Olympic gymnast Tutya Yılmaz, who has successfully represented Turkey in the Olympics. Astonishing locations of Istanbul, which is the city serving as a bridge between Asia and Europe, were used as background. Tutya Yılmaz’ photos were inspired by iconic Disney Princess Rapunzel.
