Through My Disney Giving, our employees come together, using their energy, creativity and resources to make a difference in the communities where we live and work. In collaboration with selected charity partners, this brings together employee volunteering, fundraising and local support to strengthen communities across the region.

Disney VoluntEARs

Volunteering is an important part of our company’s culture. Through our global Disney VoluntEARS programme, our employees give their time and talents to causes large and small, contributing more than 14 million hours of support worldwide since 1983.

We encourage this by providing paid time for employees to volunteer in activities that align with our social purpose commitments, enabling our teams to make a real, meaningful difference within their communities.

Disney Grants and Matching Gifts

Our VoluntEARS can extend their impact further by turning their volunteering hours into financial contributions for our charity partners. Where fundraising forms part of our programmes, we may also match eligible funds raised or donated to amplify the impact.

Charitable Giving

Alongside employee-led activity, we provide financial and in‑kind support to selected charities aligned with our social impact priorities. In 2025, The Walt Disney Company’s total charitable giving was valued at $264.8 million, helping to deliver meaningful and measurable impact locally and globally.

Across our region, we have donated over 2.3 million items, including experience tickets, toys and Disney+ subscriptions, supporting our charity partners to bring joy and comfort, build awareness and raise vital funds.
