s172 Statements
Pursuant to the Companies Act 2006 (the “Act”), if a UK company meets certain criteria then it is required to include a statement in its strategic report describing how the directors of the company have had regard to the matters set out in section 172(1) of the Act when performing their duties (the “s172 statement”).
